About the Speaker
Doug Shaffer is the producer of 5000 Blankets produced by AFFIRM Films, the industry leader in Faith-based films and a division of Sony Pictures. Doug is an accomplished film and television producer with over 15 years’ experience successfully delivering complex projects on-time and on-budget. Born in Philadelphia but raised in Chicago, Doug received a B.S in marketing from Illinois State University before getting his M.F.A in film producing from The American Film Institute. Known for his humor, "Midwest" work ethic and positive "can do" attitude. Doug loves documentaries and horror movies. Currently, he is seeking inspirational feature scripts to produce.

*Our organization has a no refund policy. (i.e. We do not offer refunds-- not even for participant no-shows, speaker/topic changes or other unforeseen circumstances.) We do however offer event credits when appropriate, upon board approval. Children under 16 are free if accompanied by a paying adult.
