About the Speaker
Rebecca Martinez currently recruits for TikTok's Global Brand & Communications organization and is excited to continue creating pathways and championing the next generation of talent. Known as the self-proclaimed “Fairy Jobmother,” Rebecca brings 10 years of experience driving enterprise-wide recruitment strategies for top film and television studios, media giants, and tech startups. At Showtime, she built and scaled digital marketing teams; at Paramount, she designed interview competency frameworks; and across her career, she’s implemented training programs to level up junior Talent Acquisition professionals. She is passionate about demystifying the hiring process and helping job seekers navigate their careers with a focus on leading with empathy and encouragement—making the process feel human.
